🤷♀️ Can't remember what's going on with Red 5 Limited and Silver Lake Resources proposed merger of equals? 🤷♂️ We don't blame you, it feels like a long time since the transaction was announced back on 5 February of this year. As a reminder, here's a summary from our very own Mathew C. on the sidelines of the Vertical Events RIU conference in Fremantle back in February as well, shortly after the initial announcement. Good to see that with today's registration of the scheme booklet by ASIC, the transaction remains broadly on schedle for June 2024.
