Not a fake. He exits on the right side of the car, and then enters on the left. As he exits, the passenger switches seats. The vehicle has two steering columns. The rear right window has a round sticker. Follow the sticker. If you slow it down, when he exits you'll see the passengers arm reach over to switch seats. Also, as he's grabbing the other steering wheel, if you slow it down, you'll see the side of the first steering column where the passenger now sits. I watched it 3 times pausing here and there.
