With over a 50% reduction in embodied carbon compared to traditional builds and energy use intensity (EUI) below 60kWh/m²/yr, it’s outperforming CRREM 2050 targets and surpassing LETI and RIBA 2030 standards. Also achieving the Paris Agreement 2030 targets, the development proves sustainability is not only possible, but economically viable.
