This is front and core for the needed and forced changes and transformation in organisations. And Middle Managers are in dire need of support. Helping them cope, adapt and learn with, and from others, is a much needed leadership skill, as it grows influence. And growing influence, and not positional power, will build effective teams to build capacity for change. And Empathy as a practice, built on Respect as a core belief/value, is fundamental.
