One might say it's CRAZY to be doing an activation in New Orleans during one of the city's biggest times of the year, only a year into full-time entrepreneurship with the Kulur Group. Some might say it's crazy to plan a presence for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in France for 2025 with an agency so young. Others might say that even building a diverse-owned challenger brand agency that centers on cultural, inclusive, and diverse intelligence during a phase when DEI&B is being de-prioritized is against conventional thinking. What “they” say isn't nearly as critical as what God says. We might not be at a point where we have millions of followers across social media, are constantly being cited in publications, and consistently bringing in 7-figure deals. However, what we do have is belief and an understanding that what is to come is greater as a collective than what can be done on individual merit. Everyday, I continue to get comfortable in this CEO role and stronger in it. So, for those who are crazy enough to believe in what is being built at the Kulur Group, who are near and far, let them know we’re coming, and when we arrive, it won't be in black and white because we‘ll be arriving in Kulur.
