Oh Reddit, Inc. — 100% did and still do! I always end up subbing to the official subreddits and get WAY more information than any blog or infosite might provide. Recently (last year), did a Japan trip almost completely based on my research on Reddit. No other platform prepared me as well for the chaos of the rail systems as well as those members (and locals) did!
