Welcome to The Workshop. A series of in-person, interactive classes to take you behind the scenes of brand strategy and design. I’ve been a brand designer for around 15 years, I’ve worked for big corporates to tiny coffee shops designing brand identities and typefaces. Whilst I will be the first to admit I’m very much still learning this crazy world of branding, I’d like to share some stuff I know about design, brand, business and everything in between. This ain’t no lecture. The Workshop is a place to learn real-world design and brand skills that make you better at what you do. Here are some details about the classes themselves: • Open to marketers, designers, entrepreneurs and brand lovers — anyone who wants to get better at brand and design • Classes will take place in-person at our studio in Liverpool • Limited places per workshop to help you get the most out of each session • Hosted and led by Tom Woollam, our Creative Director and Founder sharing real-world design industry challenges To be the first to hear about our first workshop please register your interest!

I help coaches sell offers by turning visibility into client conversations | DM me "Funnel" for details | 50K+ on Instagram
"I'll focus on my business first, design can wait." This a trap most founders fall into You think design is just a fancy extra And assume it won't impact your business growth Before you decide to put off investing in design, Think about — How unprofessional your brand will look in the market — Consider the clients who will choose better-looking brands over yours — How many leads you might lose? — How much you miss out on growth. — How you fail to create a memorable brand experience People judge a brand in seconds. Here’s what happens if you use design properly from day one: → Visuals trigger emotional responses making your brand more relatable and trustworthy. → Improves clarity and retention of your key messages. → Builds a strong, recognizable brand identity increasing your visibility. → Influences perceptions and decisions of audiences, driving engagement and conversions. → Differentiates your brand from competitors Design isn't just a fancy add-on, It's the personality of your brand. PS - Started a new design series. Let me know what should I design next

One of my design mentees was having issues with one of his employers. He requested my attention, and we got on a call. The issue was that he had a contrasting design idea compared to his employer's expectations. After considering the whole scenario, I had this advice for him: MEET YOUR EMPLOYER'S NEEDS. As a creative who has worked with several founders, business owners, and employers, I can tell you that nothing beats meeting your clients' or employers' expectations. You must also realize that your client's ideas and expectations are not necessarily wrong; they are meant to be considered while working on their project. Remember, design is a collaborative process between the client and the creative. -------------------------- 📸 With the LinkedIn Queen Haoma Worgwu at the Growth Accelerator Conference. ----------------------------- I build Functional Brand Identity system for founders and business owners, helping them to optimize their Brand's perception and boost their sales by X10 Apart from Brand Designing, I also offer other forms of design services like: Event Branding, Editorial Designs, Social media designs, etc.

Strategic Brand & Web Designer | Brand-First Design Consultant | Helping Businesses & Creators Elevate Their Online Presence
Design doesn’t care about the size of your company or project. It’s actually one of the things I love most about design. The same rules apply whether you’re a small single person operation or a Fortune 500 corporation. The role of design in shaping your brand and connecting with your audience is critical. Small business or personal brand? You have an incredible advantage – every detail carries a ton of weight is a chance to make a personal connection with your audience and customers. Larger corporation? You actually have a challenge – staying relatable, approachable, and authentic as you grow. That's where design and branding become the equalizer. Because it's not just about the visuals; it's about the entire experience you create for your audience. And leveraging design to create memorable experiences, no matter the size of your business, will push you towards success.

What’s In and out in 2024: IN: 🐶 Gorgeous, dynamic websites: Engaging and visually striking websites are a must for 2024, capturing audience attention with their aesthetics. 🐶 Brand storytelling: Crafting compelling narratives around brands takes centre stage, creating a more personal and relatable connection with your audience. 🐶 Simplified colour palettes: Streamlining color choices to create visually cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs is on-trend for the year. 🐶Readability and accessibility: Prioritising clear and accessible content ensures that information is easily digestible for a diverse audience. 🐶Employing your doggo: Incorporating pets into work environments adds a delightful touch, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere. 🐶Coloru psychology: Understanding and utilizing the psychological impact of colors in design to evoke specific emotions or responses is a key focus. 🐶 Emotion: Infusing designs with emotion creates a more authentic and resonant connection with the audience. 🐶Education & sharing knowledge: Valuing and promoting continuous learning and knowledge-sharing is a cornerstone for personal and professional growth. OUT: 🐶 Low contrast colour palettes: Dull and low-contrast color schemes are losing popularity, giving way to more vibrant and visually stimulating choices. 🐶 Being “safe”: Taking creative risks is encouraged, with the emphasis shifting away from overly cautious and predictable approaches. 🐶 Gatekeeping information: Openness and inclusivity are favored over restricting access to information, promoting a more collaborative and transparent culture. 🐶 Poor quality workmanship: Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship are essential, with subpar work becoming less acceptable. 🐶 Beige everything: The trend leans away from monotonous beige designs, embracing a broader spectrum of colors for more dynamic and expressive visuals. 🐶 Being “perfect”: Embracing imperfections and authenticity is in, as the pursuit of flawlessness gives way to a more genuine and relatable aesthetic. I help you improve customer experiences through strategic design | Transformed 257 brands | Connecting dots and crafting processes | Founder @Kreatr – Branding Studio
"Your design is rigid." These words almost cost us a 2M+ contract last year. Ouch. But it sparked a revolution in our approach. We realized: Great design isn't static. It's fluid. Like water, it molds to its environment. Think about it: W Hotels vs. Ritz-Carlton ✓ Same industry. ✓ Different audiences. ✓ Wildly different designs. What do you think is the reason? Because they understand the power of adaptability. Here's what we learned from our $2M mistake: Audience is everything ↳ Dive deep into their world ↳ Speak their visual language Flexibility is non-negotiable ↳ Be ready to pivot ↳ Embrace change, not resist it Cultural sensitivity matters ↳ One size doesn't fit all ↳ Respect diverse contexts Collaboration breeds innovation ↳ Seek perspectives outside your bubble ↳ Challenge your assumptions Empathy drives design ↳ Walk in your users' shoes ↳ Solve real problems, not imaginary ones That's how we've transformed 257+ brands! We don't just design. We create experiences that connect, no matter the audience. P.S. How many different audience types does your current design cater to? ----------------------------- Hi, I'm Abdul, a Process Designer and Brand Strategist who thrives on complexity. I'm building Kreatr - A Design Studio to convert ideas, concepts, and strategies to iconic brands. Follow Abdul for insights on innovative branding, process design, and creative problem-solving.

There’s a reason that we’re not called Huemor Design Factory. What works for one company will not necessarily work for another. It’s not just about pixels and code, it's about capturing the essence of our client’s brand and projecting it to the digital world. That’s why we dedicate several weeks strictly to our discovery phase, which allows us to get to know our clients better. This phase guarantees that our redesign is: - Authentic: When we grasp our client’s brand's values, tone, and personality, we make sure that every part of their website connects genuinely with their audience. - Consistent: A cohesive brand experience across the channels is key to building trust and recognition. - Different: By understanding what makes our client’s brand unique, we can leverage design elements and messaging that set them apart from the competition. - Aligned: A website needs to mirror what the client’s brand aims to achieve. When we tailor our design choices to fit our client’s brand strategy, we can ensure that their website becomes a valuable tool in reaching their business goals. When we know our client, we know exactly what to deliver for their redesign that will help them finally get the results that they’re looking for.
