A fantastic weekend with brilliant team Abhyuday Luthra Stefany Peta Srivatsa Telkar Adrian Yan Jetnor Muhaj ! 🎉✨🥳We developed a mockup with Healthily API to tackle trust in AI-powered healthcare assessment in 48 hours. Challenge: Many users, even after an AI assessment suggests a GP visit isn't necessary, still book appointments due to a lack of trust. This not only leads to money and time waste for users but also strains the healthcare system. Our Solution: We proposed a compassionate chatbot that empowers users to make informed decisions regarding their health. Here's how: Humanised approach: we focused on a conversational and empathetic approach that addresses users' fears and concerns. Actionable guidance: Following the assessment, low-risk users were given clear guidance to relevant services such as pharmacies, self-care resources or mental health support in their local area. Building trust through transparency: We used the COM-B model to identify the factors and barriers that build user trust in AI diagnoses. Highlighting the benefits: Like shorter wait times, less disruption, faster referral, easier access, especially for vulnerable groups, etc. Social proof: By showing anonymous user choice trends for validation. #ai #aihealthcare #aihackathon
