I believe these are the types of topics we need to discuss to be prepared for the new AI era, and these are the kinds of projects we need to implement as soon as possible. GRC professionals can find excellent opportunities by coding their own models in Python, as Hernan clearly stated in this article. Definitely worth reading!

Just wrapped up an amazing session at the CyberSaint STRONGER event, where I had the privilege of sharing insights with 412 cybersecurity experts worldwide. Legit, AI is opening doors in ways we couldn’t have imagined before! I showcased a Python TensorFlow demo in Google Colab, using neural networks to detect unusual patterns in data transfers. We’re talking servers, protocols, transfer files, ports, and time, learning what’s normal and what’s not. The system can automatically block users and ports in real time, making cyber criminals sweat. We also discussed the need to quantify AI risks to set the requirements for the algorithm metrics. AI reduces risks in typical IT services and assets but also creates very different risk scenarios. In a world where 🐂💩 sellers are claiming to be an "AI guru" or pushing "AI-powered" software, my recommendation for risk managers, cybersecurity pros, auditors, compliance officers, and finance folks is simple: code your own models in Python 🐍. Know how AI works and set the parameters yourself. That’s how you’ll stay irreplaceable in this fast-changing industry. Automation is finna change how we work, and not everyone in the business support world is gonna keep their jobs. Now’s the time to skill up! Feeling hella thankful for the CyberSaint team, special shoutout to Ethan Bresnahan, Alison Furneaux and Kaitlin Harris for the invite. Your efforts in empowering cybersecurity professionals across the US and beyond are nothing short of rad! Your work is making a real impact in safeguarding not only companies but also careers. I’m always down to chat about how AI can drive business value in North Europe and the Middle East, especially when it comes to predictive risk models and automation. "There is no exact time to learn anything" sounds familiar, right? Yes, it's right, we can learn any skill at anytime. Human intelligence has evolved over time, especially in this AI era. We, the humans, are more furious about our unpredictable future. We frequently ask the same question to our peer groups, and discuss the upcoming future of AI and it's threats: will it get our job and make us unemployed? May be it is. We can see such indicators in the layoffs of the big tech companies. Companies are likely to reduce there costs and put the system into as much automation as they can. But what will happen the 55 years old engineers, who don't have the age to go on the university to learn the whole automation or the hot topic name, AI and ML. What will he do rest of his life? If the engineers are not in safe zone then what about the general people? There is already a massive shortage of jobs for humans, and now it's like we, the humans, are now desperate about making AI bots and being entrepreneurs and engineers. But we also need to look at the human being first, try to ensure human employment,

ceo & co-founder @ Cloud Underground 🪼 7x entrepreneur 🌌 writer 🖋️ editor 🎙️ podcast producer 🔮 inquisitive storyteller ✨
Dude, so many people took one look at this guy's post and thought, "YES!! We have the answer!! Now we know who to blame!! This GUY!!" The post was satire, but it went viral internationally as fact. How many people who work in CYBERSECURITY were totally, completely convinced? I saw this post multiple times here on LinkedIn yesterday... one person was even upset that this "poor" dude had been laid off after barely starting the job 🙄 Since we live in the age of 24/7 news networks, media literacy is essential. Now that we've entered the age of AI, media literacy is CRUCIAL!! Come on, people. Think. Use your common sense. Look at the photo for discrepancies. Use your critical thinking skills. Think about jobs you've had yourself and what your first day on the job was like. Were you pushing any major code updates? Something tells me, NO, YOU WEREN'T. I'm a little worried about the future of humanity, not because the AI is going to take over and rule us all. But because information and opinions are so fickle, and we as humans are often too caught up to see outside our own little bubbles to realize how maleable and gullible we actually are. #medialiteracy #facepalm #ai #satire #facts? #whatarethose

⚠ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀: 𝗜𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘂? ⚠ The World Economic Forum recently feasted on a platter of 19,000 tasks across 867 jobs, predicting the impact of AI. The forecast? Not quite as dystopian as you might fear. AI isn't so much the Grim Reaper of jobs. It's more like a powerful, transformative tornado. Think you're safe? Clerks, analysts, telemarketers, and tellers, you're in the eye of the storm. High-risk doesn't equal healthcare or personal services though, you're on safer grounds. Why the disparity? Roles with room for enhancement mirror fields expecting growth. AI professionals, data analysts, and technologists, you're striding into a bright horizon. But let's not sugarcoat it: we're not just facing job loss, we're navigating a full-blown workforce transformation. Here's the silver lining though: AI's rapid progression is birthing new roles. Ever heard of a data curator, an ethics monitor, or an AI prompt engineer? You will soon. A startling 23% of jobs are expected to shift in the next five years. So, what's the game plan? Let's start a conversation today. What steps are you taking to future-proof your career?
