Founder & Filmmaker

We know video is incredibly immersive. But I never saw this coming… I saw this post (video included) where Dave Haynes is experiencing Deep Tech Demo Day, a platform where investors can learn more about founders and their startups through quick video intros, through the Apple Vision Pro. A video I produced for Rosotics featuring Austin Thurman popped up! It made me think… The experience of media consumption is changing quickly and has HUGE potential to influence. Whether that influence be someone simply clicking on your video, or being that push off the cliff that makes that one investor hit your inbox… This brings an opportunity. What happens when great hardware (Experience afforded by the Apple Vision Pro) meets great software (in this case, Deep Tech Demo Day platform, and a Reece O'Connor video :)) In this case, not only is the value translated through the videos production quality and aesthetics, (and messaging, of course) but the hardware application’s experience affords you: 1. 📚Learn about the company in a fun way with your friends. See that high five Dave does for reference. (Increases brand awareness) 2. 📽️Can expand the video to fill your entire room. (Immersion —> Increased watch time —> More likely to respond to a Call to Action: in this case, clicking on ‘Connect with the Founder’) 3. 🥳 It’s a way more enjoyable experience. Needs no explanation :) In other words, have a GREAT STORY to tell and pair it with GREAT VISUALS! It’s future proofing your business by providing the best possible experience. #videomarketing #deeptech

Love it! Does the use case of Apple Vision change the way you’ll approach video going forward? In other words, are there ways you think about making videos more engaging for the future of media consumption?
