Our company President, Ed Paradowski, was in Washington DC this week representing not just Reflective Concepts, LLC., but representing manufacturing as a whole. Manufacturing growth is critical to the financial health of our nation!
Two factors drive economic growth in the U.S.; business investment and consumer spending. The 2017 tax reform provisions that are set to expire in 2025 will ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVELY AFFECT business investment should these provisions expire. As an advocate for manufacturing and commerce, the National Association of Manufacturers - NAM asked for my perspective on the R&D Tax Provision and how that provision would impact the strategic outlook for our company should it expire. Capital spending and job growth will be impacted. My conversations with many of my industry peer’s echoed and confirmed this sentiment. These issues are not about wealthy people protecting their wealth, they are about businesses having the ideal environment to invest and create jobs. If you want to help the middle class, support those that employ the middle class.

Today our company President, Ed Paradowski, spoke to the attendees of Wisconsin Business World, which is a summer camp program targeted toward high school students. The kids get to hear from business leaders, compete in entrepreneurial activities, and tour local companies. The 3-1/2 day program is a great experience for these young adults!
Some things never get old. One of them is being the opening speaker at Wisconsin Business World to share my perspectives on Free Market principles, and the role of Government in the economy. What made it more special this year is that my youngest daughter, Shelby Paradowski, is now coordinating the Business World program. After being a 2-time attendee in high school, she now works for the Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) to coordinate the program. In this critical election year, it is important for everyone to understand how the economy works and what the role of Government is in the process of strengthening the economy. The Business World program is a great opportunity for the youth of Wisconsin to get this exposure.

Congressman Bryan Steil visited Reflective Concepts, LLC. on Monday July 1 to meet with our company President, Ed Paradowski. Congressman Steil wants to understand what he can do to help remove obstacles as we grow our company. He took time on the production floor for a picture with Ed and Production Supervisor, Jason Rice.
It was great to host Congressman Bryan Steil at Reflective Concepts, LLC. on Monday July 1 to talk about the role of government in economic growth. Congressman Steil is an engaged leader that truly understands that lean and efficient government with commerce friendly tax and regulatory policies accelerate private sector investment. We are fortunate to have Congressman Steil representing the 1st Congressional District of Wisconsin!

Our company President, Ed Paradowski, was asked to be a guest speaker for the Student Leadership Series, hosted by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC). Giving back to others within our State is an important part of being a good corporate neighbor!
Had a great hour speaking with the young adults that are participating in the Student Leadership Series hosted by Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC). 96 students are enrolled in the program. Some participate in the live session. Some view the recorded session. The energy and enthusiasm of the participants is contagious! These are the leaders of the future! Thank you Michelle and Shelby for inviting me to speak.
