"It was equally groundbreaking to visually confirm that the SCINTIX treatment responded to the tumor’s motion and delivered the dose precisely as planned. With conventional radiotherapy, once treatment commences, there is no visual assurance of what is happening inside the patient." Henry S. Park, MD, MPH, Chief, Biology-guided Radiotherapy Program, Therapeutic Radiology at Yale School of Medicine. https://bit.ly/3XHn7DP

Interesting Case Study - Stage 4 Endometriosis, bowel involvement. Pain should not be normal! Endometriosis has been misdiagnosed for a while and patients that present for MRI imaging usually have the late stage of the disease. At 3T, high resolution imaging provides a comprehensive overview of the pelvis prior to a laparoscopy. MRI is an imaging that surgeons find to be very useful in the management of the patient to view the extent of the disease. High resolution pelvic images obtained at Cancer Radiology and Therapy using the GE HealthCare 3T Hero scanner.
