After a lot of hard work, we are delighted to announce the submission of our planning application for the redevelopment of Great North Leisure Park in Finchley, within the London Borough of Barnet Council. After acquiring the site in March 2023, our vision is to transform this underutilised 11-acre space into a vibrant, sustainable neighbourhood designed around health, wellbeing, and community connection.   Our plans include:   - 1,502 new mixed-tenure homes, including 23% affordable housing. - Brand new leisure centre with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, gym, and multipurpose studios. - Nearly 28,000 sqft of commercial space for local businesses and amenities. - Revitalised green spaces and better links to Glebelands Open Space. - A focus on sustainability and climate resilience.   Our plans for Great North Leisure Park represent a bold reimagining of a neglected site, unlocking its potential to become a great destination for sports, leisure, and healthy living. Our proposals will create a new neighbourhood, delivering new homes, a new leisure centre and new public spaces, truly putting this corner of Finchley on the map. Exciting plans for this redevelopment! Transforming underutilized spaces into vibrant communities is always a big challenge, especially with complex facades and high-rise structures. Has there been any discussion on long-term maintenance strategies for the new buildings?
