"When I joined IQVIA Biotech two years ago, I came into the organization with experience in the kind of role I was assuming. What I didn’t expect was the people-driven culture of the organization and a focus on development beyond that role. I have worked in other CROs before, and have never experienced the support, the focus on growth, and the well-rounded benefits that are available to IQB employees. Making a transition to a new company is always a challenge, but I really felt from the first day that I was part of a team, and had many resources to support me both in my professional growth as well as maintaining a strong work-life balance. Here it is, the last day of winter 2024. To close our #iqviawintervibes, I would like to join our February marathon too and share why I love to work at IQVIA: 1) PEOPLE: This was and still is the most important aspect for me. From team members to my Hiring Managers, I am lucky to work with the most amazing people. I would like to express my special kudos to Marina Nagornaya (Strelkova) for being my everyday inspiration in the HR field. I learn so much from you just by watching how you tackle even the most difficult situations. To Irina Krasnitskaya, you are my superhero, and I am honored to name you my friend. Jose Carlo Pichon Lubo, thank you for being my "TA bro" :) You are one of the best Sourcers and true Talent Magnet. 2) PEOPLE-ORIENTED CULTURE: No matter how tough the times get, the company is always there to support and care for employees. Being with IQVIA for over a decade now, I can give numerous examples of decisions and actions that have been made. I also appreciate the company's focus on promoting a healthy work-life balance and providing resources for professional development. 🌟 Saying Hello to 2024: My Journey and Achievements at IQVIA Turkiye 👇 🚀 In my role as IQVIA - Operations Manager in Turkiye, which I started in late 2022, I have always kept the principles of change, quality and awareness in mind. This focus has led us to the lowest turnover rate in Turkiye, which is a very good improvement compared to when I took over the team - which was a challenging, highly committed process in today's economic conditions, and we succeeded! So what is the golden ratio that brought this success? 💡 How did the 17 different initiatives we launched last year contribute to these three principles (change, quality and awareness)? I will not elaborate on all of them, but I cannot pass without sharing some important points. 🌱 Open Spaces for Development: As IQVIA Lilly FSP team, we have created various opportunities for soft skill development such as meetings, trainings via LinkedIn Learning, in-team workshops and DLM shadowing initiatives.
