Building Inclusive Communities at Southwark Libraries! In collaboration with Propel People UK , we recently delivered two impactful training sessions at Una Marson Library and Canada Water Library, working with the passionate Southwark Libraries and Heritage teams. These sessions focused on creating workplaces where neurodivergent individuals can thrive—highlighting how empathy, collaboration, and small changes can make a significant difference. We were inspired by the teams’ commitment to fostering inclusion and their proactive ideas for creating a more supportive environment. Special thanks to the Southwark Libraries team for their warm hospitality and to United St Saviour's Charity for helping bring this initiative to life.
