At least once a week, a clinic inquires about product substitutions after a DME requests to send a generic alternative. At RegenaDerm, we firmly believe in honoring clinical decisions when specific wound dressings are prescribed for patients. About once a week I get some form of this question and the answer to that question is yes, they are lying to you. They're not being completely honest because insurance, whether it's Medicare, United Healthcare, Humana, they don't know products. When we build an insurance company, all they see is an A code. And product category a 6021 collagen and so. When they, when you get a call from your DME that you're using and they tell you that they want to substitute the product, that just really means they just want to make more money and send out a less expensive product. There's 2 problems with that for us at Regenerator. We see it as one, we're not clinical #2 you've, you've asked for a specific product, probably for a reason.
