REAPPLIX PRIVATE CIRCLE FOR DIABETIC FOOT ULCERS Reapplix, an international wound care company, has recently launched a RegenMed Private Circle aggregating clinical and long-term outcomes data on its personalized diabetic foot ulcer product. The diabetic foot ulcer market value is estimated at $5.2 billion. About 60% of all patients experience a wound that does not heal. If the severity of a wound progresses to grade 4 or 5, the cost of treatment is eight times higher than a grade 1 or 2 wound. For about 20% of patients, treatment ends in amputation within one year. The Reapplix Circle will help the company, its clinical customers, and their patients further support the safety and efficacy of its products. For more information on this Circle, including applying to join, see here: https://lnkd.in/evVcz8ch #collaboration #realworlddata #valuebasedcare

Less slough during wound management: 99% less slough in chronic wounds after 4 weeks with Granulox® compared to 33% with standard of care**. The haemoglobin spray takes up fewer resources for both clinicians and patients***. Thanks to its simplicity, it also takes up fewer resources than traditional methods of oxygenating wounds – which are usually complex, costly, may reduce patient mobility or require to keep a patient in the hospital. Granulox can be used on sloughy and infected wounds* after appropriate treatment. Find out more now: https://bit.ly/3tqMSbQ *Hunt SD, Elg F. 📢 Study Alert! Exciting new findings from a clinical trial comparing the efficacy of SilverStream Solution to povidone-iodine in treating diabetic foot ulcers (DFU). Key Conclusions: The study shows a significantly higher response rate with SilverStream dressings and a greater reduction in mean ulcer size after 8 weeks of treatment compared to povidone-iodine. At the end of 8 weeks, the percentage reduction in mean ulcer size was remarkably greater in Group A - SilverStream Group (89.51%) compared to Group B (33%). This study reinforces the potential of SilverStream Solution as a superior option for managing diabetic ulcers! A lot of people ask me, why join RedDress Ltd. Today I share the why. Because I believe in #Innovation and #Hope. “Autologous therapies are considered the latest cutting-edge technology to be utilized in wound care." Dr. Robert Snyder DPM, Professor & Director of Clinical Research, Barry University, Florida. Chronic wound physiology has proven to be highly complex and intricate at the cellular level, involving multiple regulatory axes and signaling cascades. While commercial products have predominantly focused on “macro” factors (e.g., moisture and pressure), there remains ample opportunity to tailor wound care based on “micro” factors (e.g., cells, proteins, and peptides) for the treatments to provide extracellular matrix (ECM)–inspired biophysical cues and modulation of the immune response for adequate resolution of inflammation.* #ActiGraftPRO is one such innovative autologous therapy(and the only one using patient's whole blood) addressing the underlying challenges in wound microenvironment. Backed by a new RCT just published in the Journal of Wound Care, #ActiGraftPRO has demonstrated statistically significant healing outcomes offering a promising improvement over traditional care. This is over and above successfully treating close to 7000 patients (in the US and 30+ countries) since its FDA approval and a CE mark. *Ref: Benjamin R. Freedman et al., Breakthrough treatments for accelerated wound healing.Sci. Adv.9,eade7007(2023). #Fulfillingjob #MakingaDifference #patientQoL
Hot off the press! Just published in the September 2024 Journal of Wound Care, our first randomized controlled trial results show significant benefits of using ActiGraft PRO® to treat chronic neuropathic diabetic foot ulcers compared to the best practice standard of care. The ActiGraft Pro treatment resulted in a 51% healing rate compared to 18% in the control group and showed a shorter time to heal with a greater durability of wound closure. The study, “A Multicenter, Prospective, Randomized, Controlled Trial Comparing the Safety and Efficiency of Autologous Whole Blood Clot to Standard of Care in Patients with Chronic Diabetic Foot Ulcers,” included 119 patients at 13 sites in the US, 3 sites in South Africa and 1 in Turkey. These results underscore ActiGraft's effectiveness in enhancing patient outcomes and delivering a promising advancement in wound management.
