Hospitality Management is one of the best career choices I have ever made. It opened my mind and awareness to and about many fields unknown. It truly gives you satisfaction and a sense of achievement serving people and pursuing such a career. It not only puts you out into a world of different cultures but also prepares you for the following: a) Customer Attraction B) Customer Retention C) Brand Building and Growth D) Engaging into a diversity. Therefore I advise those who are thinking about pursuing a career in hospitality, to go ahead without giving a second thought. Of course it will be a little difficult in the start, but as soon as you adapt to it. I'm sure you will love it.

Dear young hoteliers, resist the allure of quick fixes and instant gratification. Embrace the process, trust in your abilities, and let each step of your journey serve as a building block towards a fulfilling and prosperous career in hospitality. Remember, it's not about the next title – it's about equipping yourself with the skills and knowledge to thrive in any role you undertake. Invest in your growth, and the possibilities are limitless.

From providing services in person to the digital world of words. As I reflect on my journey through the hospitality industry, I always remember by the invaluable lessons learned, and the lasting impact it has had on my professional growth, and personal development. From my early days as a wide-eyed trainee, to stepping into leadership roles, every experience has shaped me in ways I never imagined possible: > Creating memorable experiences for every guest's visits, whether it's a warm smile, personalized services, I've learned that in hospitality industry has the power... ...to brighten someone's day and create lifelong memories. > Teamwork creates a dream work. We never achieved success alone, it needs an effective collaboration and teamwork across any level... in one store. Through this, I've learned the importance of... communication, empathy, and mutual respect. > The industry itself is a dynamic and need a commitment to... ...continous learning and personal growth. I've embraced a lifelong learning mindset, each new challenge and experience has presented an opportunity for growth. I grew as a professional and as an individual. While my journey may have taken unexpected twists and turns, I wouldn't change a single moment. Here's to the journey ahead and the endless possibilities awaits!

As I complete a year at Pernod Ricard India, here are my key takeaways from work- 1. There’s no end to learning, and in an industry like AlcoBev, every morning you realise there’s a new development 2. Get your basics straight, did I get it, well as much as I can, but like I said there’s no end to it 3. Prioritise being organised, no matter how much Notion or an excel sheet helps, having a diary is a massive saviour, make notes of random things that pop into your mind, put up your learnings so you can reflect upon them later, go back to them time and again, it really helps 4. Network, meet people, initiate conversations, ask questions- there should be no end to that, do not get an answer, find someone ask to clear your doubts 5. Make mistakes, and learn from them 6. Interact with people who are working at the ground level, they have so much to share, their insights are really helpful 7. Take feedback. Have a feedback mechanism with your reporting manager, once in a while take a deep dive into things you did right or wrong 8. Love what you do, if you don’t, you know what’s the next step 9. Have mentors at work, to guide you at every step of work, appreciate your bests, help you learn through your bad days. 10. Have fun, go places, and make your parents proud #workanniversary

A memorable experience is formed when guests experience something out of the ordinary and feel emotionally connected to someone, not necessarily to something. From my early days as a trainee in food and beverage operations, I grew rapidly and progressively in positions of increased responsibility and continued to travel extensively around the globe to date. The journey has been incredibly rewarding. The skills I've learned along the way have been invaluable, both professionally and personally.
