🚨🚗 Did you know AI is revolutionizing traffic management? 🚗🚨 From optimizing traffic light timing to identifying traffic violations, AI is making roads safer and more efficient. For instance, AI-powered cameras can detect crosswalk violations and illegal left turns, providing real-time feedback to drivers[4]. Meanwhile, AI-driven traffic light systems can reduce congestion by up to 16.67% and queue lengths by 54.36%[1]. The future of traffic management is here, and it's powered by AI! How do you resolve the edge case challenge? ⚠ A common approach to tackle edge cases is killing them with “miles and training”. The common opinion is “let’s add that to our data set, train again, done.” True for the one edge cases that has been identified before, but what about the next, the one after the next, and so on? Even worse, the more “edge cases” we collect, the less often we will find enough examples of the (unknown) remaining ones. 👉 Few examples result in poor training of the AI. 💡 But if we can’t win the edge case game by collecting more data, how can we address the issues that stem from these edge cases? The answer lies in the ability of the algorithms to operate the vehicle safely even if there is an unusual situation. BASELABS Dynamic Grid has the required capabilities. See the full presentation and learn about the right algorithm to tackle the edge cases at https://lnkd.in/eP2CVJdx #edgecase #ADAS #automateddriving #safety #L4

Here is a little tech video, courtesy of my partner, showing our AI movement and gravity. 🐾 👣 🚶♀️➡️ 😸 🐰 🐘 Glim 🐁(our dynamic bot) showcases her moves in this test video with our new AI gravity system! She starts on the floor, climbs up the wall to the first marker cone, heads to the second, and gracefully returns to the ground, ending in a horizontal position. Smooth, right? In the second part, you'll see DJ V, Billie, Oabar, and Snow following Nyx inside a house Krucifear built using our player-based build system. The content is dynamically generated, and the companions navigate through it like pros—following me upstairs, down tricky steps, and through the house. The AI has basic collision logic and isn't fully "player-building" aware (yet!). But this shows the solid foundation for movement. Stay tuned for when we teach them how to handle stairs and doors properly. Baby steps... or AI steps. Enjoy ❣️ https://lnkd.in/gRUk9_C6 #indiegamedev #UE5.5
