Our mission is to empower nurses by nurturing their big ideas, creativity and resiliency through connection, promotion, essential resources and opportunities. Join our grassroots movement of Nurses supporting Nurses
It's time to start nurturing our girls' dreams. Women have so much more intelligence, fortitude, strength and perseverance than we are led to believe. As a female dominated career, just ask the #Nurses... Ask the nurses who went to #nursingschool while working and raising a family if they are dedicated enough... Ask the nurses who have helped to care for every type of trauma, disease, and moments that create life or bring death if they have the experience needed... Ask the nurses who diligently research evidence based practices and trends in healthcare if they are intelligent enough... Ask the nurses who put their lives on the line to work through the pandemic if they have the strength... Ask the nurses who are creating new programs, equipment, supplies and devices if they are are innovative enough.. As nurses, we are living, breathing, >5 million strong, PROOF that EVERYONE has the power the pursue their dreams. And if this corporate, bottom line hellscape of what is considered healthcare in the US is NOT what you had in mind when you dreamed of being a nurse, then it's time to make some changes. We ABSOLUTELY have it in us to create a better future for the nursing profession and healthcare as a whole. #nurses #nursesoflinkedin #nurseleaders #nurseentrepreneur #nurseeducators https://lnkd.in/e2e8h4bb

Outline the specific skills you bring or contributions you hope to make to the ENA Board of Directors. The commitment to expanding impact and outreach with the nursing profession, particularly concerning leadership, education, succession planning, and addressing the prevalent nursing shortage, epitomizes a steadfast dedication to advancing emergency nursing's sustainability. Embracing a strategic approach, underscored by effective membership engagement strategies, signifies a proactive endeavor to unify nurses and navigate challenges collectively. The aspiration to partake in forthcoming initiatives, notably the cultivation of safe and healthy work environments for emergency nursing professionals, exemplifies a conscientious pursuit of nurturing the holistic well-being and professional advancement of the workforce. Furthermore, the resolve to augment diversity and representation in emergency nursing instills an acute awareness of the imperatives of inclusivity and equitable representation with the ENA. To operationalize these aspirations, collaborative efforts with pertinent stakeholders, including other professional organizations, educational institutions, and healthcare entities, could serve as conduits for knowledge dissemination and resource mobilization, all of which I have a proven record of success. Platforms such as workshops, seminars, and digital forums emerge as potent instruments for facilitating interdisciplinary dialogue, fostering mentorship, and nurturing a just culture. Through concerted endeavors, these envisaged contributions are posed to yield substantial and enduring transformational impact with the ENA.

The PA Licensure Compact - Let's talk about it! 🚀 How did this journey begin? In 2019, key stakeholders initiated the interstate PA Licensure Compact. 🤔 What's the PA Licensure Compact all about? It will provide PAs the opportunity to practice in states that join the compact without the need to be licensed in every state. 👩⚕️ This is completely optional! PAs can participate in order to practice in multiple states or stick to single-state licensing. 💼 The PA Licensure Compact is especially helpful for PAs who travel or relocate, including military PAs, ensuring continuous licensure and avoiding downtime between jobs. ❓ So what's next? The PA Licensure Compact is available for legislative enactment, but it's not operational yet. Activation occurs when seven states join the compact, and the full operationalization process may take up to 24 months. #physicianassistant #physicianassistantstudent #pastudent #pastudentlife #pastudents #pance #panre #physicianassistantschool #physicianassistantstudies #physicianassistantstudents

Transformational leadership, team and business coaching, Networking, Promotion, Mentoring - FAST genuine results for you and your team building confidence, communication skills, resilience and strategies to success.
When it comes to answering the question "What do you do?" It gets complicated*! In a week I could be coaching a client to excel on the stage. Helping someone get over their fear of networking and that elevator pitch. Training business owners on no cost marketing. Networking via my confidential mastermind group and sharing leads that lead to hundreds of thousands of pounds of new business. I could be helping someone set up a blog or write their first book and get a publisher to take them seriously. I could be working with a really stressed out team who have stupid deadlines right now and are working silly hours, so they work less and get more done with less stress. I could be talking about overwhelm or I could be talking about how to be confident. Or I could be email coaching on one of my 14 courses. So, what do I do? *To say it's an honour to work with Julia is an understatement. Her dedication to her customers, mission and business are unparalleled. Watch this space as Julia is doing amazing things...I'm just the cheerleader! Well, let's just say it doesn't fit on a business card! So I mostly go by Author, Mentor and Cheerleader - and as I heard said many times today, kick butter - not sure I'm putting that on a business card! What do you do?
Many thanks to #FrenkelToppingGroup for giving me the opportunity to share my story. Thanks to my financial settlement I have an index linked income for the rest of my life, giving me opportunities others less fortunate can only dream of. Richard Fraser negotiated my settlement thanks to my late father Bryan Wingfield for negotiating on my behalf. Thank you Pa, willl always be indebted to you. My journey continues, thanks to the amazing team at #NationalSpinalInjuriesCentre at Stoke Mandeville. International nurses day past me by, but I would particularly like to thank my surgeon Rebecca Shirley for putting me back together, Emil MOGA in SPOP for looking after me, Dr Jane Duff, Sally Reffold, Jane Stanbridge & Ali Jamous I wouldn't be here without you. Goes without saying Mandie Holgate deserves a medal for putting in the hours. Thanks also to Stephanie Webster and Alison Taylor for challenging me to stand out in the crowd
