Happy #FeatureFriday! Here's a little treat before you head into the weekend. 💲 Price Lists. You either love 'em or you hate 'em (but with ReMatter, it'll be love at first sight 😉) . Most yards manage Price Lists (PL) on a shared Excel or Google Sheet, filled with custom formulas and notes. With ReMatter, you’re able to manage multiple Price Lists across different groups of accounts. Price Lists in ReMatter are composed of: 📅 Start Date & End Date (optional, auto expires PL on end date) 👥 Groups (cluster of suppliers or customers) 💰 Material Prices (set minimum/maximum prices and volumetric price bumps) After building a group of accounts (e.g. VIP Dealers, Special Peddlers) you can create a Price List. From there, you’ll be prompted to set a Target Price (default) and can optionally set minimum and/or maximum price bands to cut down on user errors. Why you should put pricing on your website: exhibit A (Or at least make it possible to get high level pricing without going through sales) If you don't do it, someone else will. Is this pricing accurate? Anywhere in the ballpark? Who knows. Your competitors often have your pricing on their website to grab web traffic for "𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵 pricing" I get for some enterprise level products that require a lot of customization this won't work, but I see a lot of MM and even SMB tools doing this. If the product can be bought on your company credit card then you should have pricing on the website. Knak is this pricing accurate? #sales #sdr #salesdevelopment

Stop Making Pricing Difficult For Your Customer Just stop. If you have complex or invoiced pricing, it’s in you as the presenter to boil it down into easy to digest nuggets. Then go simplify your pricing. You shouldn’t need a decoder ring or cheat sheet to be able to understand how much you pay for a good or service. Great presenters lay out the facts in a way that’s easy to understand. The best also offer options and ways that the pricing/proposal can best fit the customers situation. Make it clear to them how they can get the best price - Is it timing? Volume? Product mix? You should take pride when your customer thanks you for making it easy for them to understand the financial costs of using your product or service.

How I structured v2 of my boot camp to make more sales at higher price points. I offered three tracks, analytics, infrastructure and combined. - Single track is $1300 (~$35/hr for the content) - Combined is $1800 (~$23/hr for the content) - Self-paced single track is $998 (~$28/hr for the content) - Self-paced combined track is $1498 (~$18/hr for the content) This pricing structure allows people to: - Upgrade to combined for $500 (which over 20 people did!) - Downgrade to self-paced for $300 refund (which 8 people have done, way better than losing the entire revenue) This pricing strategy helps the boot camp and content meet people where they’re at because let’s be honest, most people don’t have 20 hours per week to commit to a boot camp for 6 weeks! #dataengineering
