QinetiQ has been awarded the Aerial Training Services (ATS) Contract with the German Armed Forces Procurement Office for the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces). The 10-year contract is worth €284 million with an option for an additional two-year extension. It represents the largest and longest contract award for QinetiQ’s Global Threat Representation business, providing long-term visibility and enabling future growth for our German operations. 🔋👏 Epsilor Electric Fuel has unveiled its new Military High Voltage Battery System based on the company’s NATO standard 6T battery. It “addresses the growing demand for power in deployable high-power defense systems and forward operating bases, as well as in hybrid and electric defense vehicles,” the firm said. The system allows several standard 6T batteries to be connected to build up high voltage, resulting in higher capacity. Selected by BAE Systems Air, Systecon will provide its Opus Suite software and associated services to the GCAP headquarters.
