While there's no scientifically proven method to "activate" the pineal gland, some practices may support overall brain health, potentially including the pineal gland. Here's a simple routine you can try at home: Meditation: Set aside a few minutes each day to meditate. Find a quiet and comfortable space, sit in a relaxed position, and focus on your breath or a calming mantra. Meditation may help reduce stress and promote relaxation, which could indirectly support pineal gland function. Sunlight Exposure: Spend time outdoors during daylight hours, especially in the morning.
