For unemployed folks like me, it looks like an opportunity but only when you narrow your vision and activate your Hawk Vision, you come to really see what’s going on. Should We Hire Freshers? Absolutely! ✅ A candidate with zero experience? ✅ A candidate with a low college percentage? ✅ A candidate from a TIER-3 college? Yes, Why Not? We should give opportunities to freshers who are eager to learn and grow. Recently, I referred a fresher for a job. Despite lacking experience and skills, the company hired her because of her positive attitude and willingness to learn. She was honest in her interview, and the company gave her a chance.
