Qualifications: * Experience:8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing company or tech/startup environment. * Skills: Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. * Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and roles in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. * Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment trends, labor laws, and best practices in hiring.
