You’ll partner with hiring managers, develop strategies to attract the best candidates, and ensure a smooth and engaging hiring process. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization’s growth while promoting a positive candidate andhiring manager experience.  Key Responsibilities * Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews, partner with compensation team on negotiating offers with candidates, and onboarding.  * Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in alignment with company goals and growth plans.  * Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and create tailored recruitment strategies.  * Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing clear communication and a seamless interview process.  * Employer Branding: Work with People and Marketing teams to promote the company’s employer brand through social media, events, and other creative initiatives.  * Market Insights: Stay up to date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring strategies to inform decision-making.  * Diversity & Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract and hire a diverse workforce, ensuring inclusivity in the recruitment process.  * Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring efforts and identify areas for improvement.  Qualifications: * Experience:8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-growing company or tech/startup environment.  * Skills: Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills, with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever  * Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.  * Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.  * Adaptability: Comfortable managing multiple priorities and roles in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.  * Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment trends, labor laws, and best practices in hiring.  What We Offer:  Competitive salary and benefits package. Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Professional growth and development opportunities. A chance to make a real impact in a high-growth company.  More about TextNow...
