Recruiter Enablement: - Tech’s Role: Automate admin tasks to let recruiters focus on hiring manager collab and candidate comms. - AI: Embrace AI for engagement, resume screening, scheduling, and onboarding to boost efficiency. - Integration: A cohesive tech stack minimizes platform-switching, automates actions, and streamlines workflows. 3. Tech Challenges: - Overload: Too many tools can overwhelm recruiters.
