I am hiring a contract technical writer at Eppo to help us improve our documentation. Here's what we're looking for: - Make our documentation site speak to the engineering persona such that they can integrate the Eppo SDK successfully and get started only using our documentation - Bring all SDK guides up to date with all methods documented - Create clear and consistent getting started guides for each SDK - Make it clear to the end user all the different functionality and options our SDKs offer - Write additional guides as needed for different common use cases, I.e. How should I setup the SDK for a mobile product and why - Generally help us fill in the gaps by adding context around `why` , `when` , and `how` to existing feature documentation. - Utilize different media formats to communicate: retake screenshots where necessary to ensure that the docs screens match the product, work with Design to add and redesign diagrams, film videos to create evergreen explainer guides. - Bonus: Recommend structural changes to our documentation such that the breadth of functionality and how to use that is clearer Please DM me if interested or know or anyone who would be a great fit!
