1. I designate a specific area in my home for work, ideally away from high-traffic areas and noise. 2. I remove any potential distractions from my workspace, such as personal items or electronic devices not related to work. 3. I communicate with family members about my working hours and the importance of minimizing interruptions during that time. 4. I stick to a consistent schedule and establish rituals that signal the start and end of the workday to help maintain focus. 5. I utilize apps or software designed to block distracting websites or track my time spent on specific tasks. 6. I incorporate short breaks throughout my day to refresh my mind and prevent burnout, but also try to be mindful and not let them turn into prolonged distractions. 7. I stay disciplined by setting daily goals, prioritizing tasks, and holding myself accountable for managing my time effectively in the remote environment.
