You don't need a personal brand. You need to find what you value, be curious, study hard, and share what you learn. That simple and that hard. In time, you'll find your people. One or two, or ten if you're lucky. That's it. Forget about the thousand followers. Start by being honest with yourself, creating and sharing things you're proud of, and get ready to get ignored 99% of the time. That's the way. It's not about you at all. It's about finding your people, helping them thrive, and hoping they love your work as much as you do. #personalbrand

Have you been hiding? I work with a lot of women who want to elevate their personal brand - how you're perceived by others. But there are lots of reasons we put off being in photos. By sharing regular high quality photos on socials that will get seen by colleagues, peers and clients you can… 1. Create familiarity and trust: The more often people see you and your brand, the more they'll start to trust you. It's like becoming a familiar face that people feel comfortable with. 2. Stay top of mind: In a busy world, it's easy to be forgotten. By staying visible, you make sure you're the one people think of first when they need help or advice in your area. 3. Attract new opportunities: The more visible you are, the easier it is for new clients, partners, or even job offers to come your way. It's all about being in the right place at the right time! In other words, professional branding photos is "good business."

Your employee's personal brand is NOT a threat → It's an asset → To the company AND them → Please start seeing it this way I can hash this out in less than a minute: → Your employee creates a personal brand → They start to gain traction on here → People start to talk All of a sudden your employee is generating buzz for YOUR company. "Did you see that (Name) is all over Linkedin?" "Maybe we should start branding on there." But most employers feel threatened. They think: → This employee is going to leave us → There's no reason for them to stay here → We need to keep and squeeze more out of them Wrong. If you encourage your employees to be themselves and create a brand, what does that make you? → A cool employer who encourages individuality → An employer who supports their growth → An employer in the 21st century What employee is going to leave that culture??? And so what if they leave? You just built a great relationship and they'll have nothing but good things to say about you AND give you referrals. Win-Win. The other has a strong social media presence and a recognizable name. Guess who earns more? The one with the strong personal brand. Personal branding is about creating a unique identity that sets you apart. It's not just about skills or qualifications. It's about how you're perceived. Think of Elon Musk. His personal brand is so strong that his tweets can move markets. 📈 Or consider Oprah Winfrey. Her name alone adds immense value to any project she touches. 🌟 In today's world, your personal brand can be more valuable than your resume. It's what makes you memorable and influential. So, if you want to get ahead, start building your personal brand now. It's not just an option; it's a necessity.

This is important for companies to understand. It is healthy for employees to build a personal brand and is beneficial to your company. - If you feel like it's a threat to the company and will result in the employee leaving, it probably means you probably aren't treating that employee right and they are already at risk to leave.
