Sooner or later when renting a car, a situation may arise when it becomes necessary to switch vehicles during an active booking There are two most common scenarios. Scenario №1 If you wish to do so, you may simply swap your previous vehicle for a new one. Note that all terms and conditions will be rewritten and the agreement updated. Exercise caution when doing so. Scenario №2 · Finalise the current booking with all the conditions you already have, proceed with the “Booking” tab to the “Finished” state.  · Then create a new booking with the same customer and include the new vehicle in it.  · This way, you will keep accurate statistics for both cars and retain the rental history.
