During my most challenging entrepreneurial days, I got a lot of advice. I'm glad I didn't follow most of it. People often told me to quit and return to my safe, successful career in software engineering. They couldn't see the vision I had for GreenBrilliance. I believed in my vision, even when the road seemed impossible. It took almost ten years to see the payoff, but I stuck with my values. Success isn't about quick wins.
