They are predictions that become more precise as you invest more time in understanding the project's nuances. 🔄 Continuously Update Your Estimates Your estimates should evolve as you gather more data and insights throughout the project's lifecycle. Think of them as dynamic guides rather than strict deadlines. 🔍 Decompose, aka Split Into Smaller Chunks Breaking down complex projects or features into smaller, more manageable chunks makes them easier to handle and enhances the accuracy of your estimates.
