Need a cry? 🥹🥹🥹Bringing Joy Beyond Transactions
In a heartwarming display of customer care, TD Bank set a new standard for service excellence. The tale begins with a simple desire to give back to their loyal patrons, leading to a remarkable initiative across four of their branches.
Click on the link below and I promise a tug of emotions.
What greeted customers at these select branches wasn't just your ordinary ATM. It was dubbed the "Automated Thanking Machine" (ATM), and its purpose wasn't to dispense cash but rather to dispense joy. Imagine the surprise on customers' faces as they approached expecting mundane transactions, only to be showered with unexpected gifts and gestures that touched the soul.
The highlights of this extraordinary endeavor included spontaneous gifts ranging from monetary surprises to unforgettable experiences. From funding a dream trip to Disney to gifting plane tickets for a mother to reunite with her ailing daughter battling cancer, TD Bank went above and beyond to spread warmth and compassion.
Watching the video documenting these acts of kindness is an emotional journey in itself. It's a testament to the profound impact of selfless deeds, showcasing that exceptional customer service transcends mere transactions—it embodies a spirit of empathy and generosity.
TD Bank's initiative serves as a reminder that acts of kindness, no matter how small, have the power to transform lives and create a ripple effect of positivity. As the adage goes, those who strive to make the world a better place inevitably find themselves in a better world. since last 7 days most of us had been watching the debate war between Sandeep Maheshwari sir and Vivek Vindra sir. The story started when #sandeep sir uploaded a video by not taking Vivek's sir name about online course scam. After that video, Vivek sir responded such a way that everyone got know that Sandeep sir was talking about Vivek sir's online course scam. Thousands of people had bought the course, somebody has sold his bike, somebody had taken a loan for this course. But eventually? They are not being delivered the quality content inside the course which was promised by Vivek sir before selling the course. According to a student, they are being taught to become a salesman instead of a businessman, entrepreneur. Not only that but also he is not refunding the course fees back to the students. And the worst part is the students are being asked to sell this same course to another 10 people in order to refund your money on your own. So, you can easily understand that how big the scam is going. In this way, Vivek Vindra sir wants to spread the scam more and more instead of resisting it. This video contains a small video clip where a victim student says that he will be going to suicide if he is not refunded the course fees. So, it's being told by Sandeep sir that the students should appeal to the state police, consumer court in order to stop that cheat person. Also, it's predicted by him that Vivek Vindra might leave country in fear like other businessman, fraud did in past! So, let's stop Vivek Vindra let's stop the fraud!

Absolutely spot on about doing the right thing. Career development is not always upwards or lateral. A seemingly demotion can propel one to greater height as long as there is a purpose in mind.

"Very often in life, you might have to take a step back to take two steps forward. Your career is never a straight line. It's always cyclical." — Tan Su Shan, Deputy CEO and Group Head of Institutional Banking
Recounting a pivotal moment from her early days in DBS, Su Shan shared how she volunteered for a role that might be seen as a "demotion", prioritising what she felt was best for the bank.
In 2010, Su Shan had joined DBS to help build and lead the private bank. Believing that the best way to do this was first through the consumer bank, she took a deliberate step back, requesting to report to the then-Head of Consumer Banking, instead of DBS CEO Piyush Gupta himself. This strategic move ultimately led to the successful development of a large franchise that is DBS Wealth Management today.
"I have absolutely no regrets in making that first move backwards. It was the right thing to do. I never once felt demoted. I felt that I was able to do a much bigger, better job," said Su Shan.

"Gratitude in Action: A Tale of Lost and Found 💳
A couple of days ago, a routine lunch outing turned into an unexpected adventure when I realized I had misplaced my credit card at Long Boat Brewing Co. Initially unaware of the loss, it was the barrage of transaction alerts that jolted me into action. With a quick call to the bank to block the card, I couldn't shake the feeling that it had slipped away amidst the brewery's bustling atmosphere.
Enter Ashley, the manager at Long Boat Brewing Co., who embodied the true spirit of exceptional customer service. Upon reaching out, Ashley not only listened attentively but took immediate action. Spending the entirety of his evening tracing my lost card, he demonstrated unwavering dedication to resolving the situation.
What truly amazed me was Ashley's commitment to going above and beyond. Not only did he track down the culprit responsible for the unauthorized transactions, but he also facilitated the transfer of the swiped amount back into my account. His swift and decisive actions not only alleviated my concerns but restored my faith in humanity's innate kindness.
In a world often marred by negativity, encounters like these serve as poignant reminders of the goodness that exists. Ashley's selfless act of kindness reaffirms that genuine compassion and integrity still thrive amidst the chaos. His exemplary display of service excellence is a testament to the power of empathy and the ripple effect of kindness.
