When you're doing sales, what are you focusing on? I always suggest doing precision based selling. First and foremost, you always want to listen to your contact. Hear what they are saying to you. Then when it's your turn to speak, give them what you think is the best solution for them. Tell them how you'll solve their problem, what their cost will be, timeframe, etc. This tactic works better than spec sheet problem. You've identified the problem, you've got them to say it out loud, so they're locked in, now all that's left is to close that deal. Kyle Milan #IndustrialSales #ManufacturingSales #PrecisionSelling
