Key questions for a sales organization/sales people: How to find new customers? How to grow existing customers? How to not forget about the historic existing customers? How to be seen by your customers as a ressource? Is your relationship strong enough you can ask a customer for a referral? How to consistently keep doing all the above? I dont pretend to know but i am aware the game is won by trying to find those answers.
