BREAKING NEWS !!! re:shape are proud to announce the appointment of two new directors, Robbie Nightingale and Phil Luckett, to our leadership team. This move signals the next phase of the re:shape's evolution into a fully vertically integrated business across acquisitions, planning, development, and asset management. Robbie Nightingale, the new Construction Director, joins Re:shape Living from Manner, bringing extensive co-living, PBSA and residential experience across Construction, Forward Funds and Development Management Agreements, from previous roles at The Collective and Mace as a main contractor. Notably, Nightingale led the deal structuring of Storey House, Leeds between Manner and Blackrock, and the delivery of ground-up projects such as The Collective Old Oak and The Collective Canary Wharf, which was recently re-launched as ARK Canary Wharf in January 2024. Phil Luckett assumes the role of Operations Director, bringing over two decades of senior management experience in PBSA, including his significant contributions to establishing the 23,000 bed Student Roost operating platform. The benefits of Phil's arrival into the business in late 2023 is already paying dividends for Re:shape and the 1,000-bed operational ARK Co-living platform through the enhancement of efficiencies and procedures across various functions.
