Rezi Cap was found in 2010 and we've over our years have completed over 30,000 single family homes for the SFR industry. Rezi Built is the home building division of Rezi Cap and we provide both quality for sale housing and for rent product. Result was created in 2018. Initially we were created as a company that was exclusive to build a rent and one of the only companies. In the country that was vertically integrated from development to construction to leasing and management. In 2022, we expanded our service offering to offer a fee building services to other investors looking to get into the build to rent space across the Southeast. The advantage of fee building is that it allows an organization to scale their growth without taking on the expense of bringing out a construction team, a construction division or the learning curve that goes on with that. You know, if he building services really came at the request of other clients, you know clients had seen that we were building in other markets and asked if we would be willing to extend our construction services to them as well as a fee Builder Rezi Bill offers things that other typical home builders cannot offer. The main thing that we offer is knowledge of the business itself. We understand the wear and tear that a home goes through while it's being rented. We work to minimize the turn. Cost, we work to lower repair and maintenance on a long term basis. So we can start at the early concept of a neighborhood. We can look at site plans and site development. Additionally, we can take a look at underwriting, what is the market bearing currently in rents. In addition to that, we'll look at product selection. We'll then go through a costing process with them to kind of look at where base numbers and where that's going to be as well as selecting spec levels and finish detail on the homes themselves probably. One of the biggest differences in us in a, in a typical home builder is we're willing to lock in pricing. So we provide a guaranteed delivered price for homes that we're starting for a period of time. In fact, in in some instances we'll lock in prices for an entire development. This obviously helps the investor raise equity and raise debt and really get the whole capital stack behind the fact that Resi built can perform for an important multi $1,000, 000. Project. So despite the market, Rosie, Bill is still in growth mode. Our starts are going to be up over 50% year over year and we're projecting our our starts to be up another 50% next year. This is a combination of things that we're investing in for ourselves, but also our fee building pipeline is growing significantly this year. We've expanded into several new markets we were previously not in. That takes us to the Coastal Carolina markets. As well as markets such as Huntsville as well as expanding the client base that we currently have and servicing different clients, including not only those that are in the build to rent space, but also our multifamily clients as well.
