Really insightful piece, Anne Sraders. For instance, I wasn't familiar with the concept of (defense) 'primes' as a potential source of this hard-to-come-by talent. Thank you for shedding some light on this topic 👌🏼

1moI have been looking for junior engineering positions in the nordic defense industry, and strangely enough there are close to zero open positions, as they almost always seek senior engineers. Apparently, this need for talent in the defense sector hasn't yet propagated to the job market.
