Why do we always see more negative office culture or issue videos and images? We rarely see any positive stories or examples of people overcoming departmental silos and revamping the office culture. Can we share more examples of positive videos? Maybe it’s because it’s easier to criticize someone instead of providing a solution, and people tend to pay more attention to bad news than good news.
