Sometimes a carton of eggs is not just a carton of eggs... In the case of Tundra Resource Analytics founder Laura Jeffery and husband Scott Jeffery it is an apt visual depiction of diversity. Specifically, diversity of thought and approach. Scott is a classic engineer. He is logical, organised, introverted. He values process, rationality, routine, order. A #myersbrigg ISTJ Laura is an (admittedly atypical) accountant. She is spontaneous, creative, intuitive, extraverted. Scott was confounded, bewildered (read: annoyed) at how *someone* would select the second-from-the-left egg from the carton for use. Laura might be the bane of his logical, technical, rational existence in the kitchen but (in her defense) it is actually the very essence of their power as a couple and as a team. Expanding the view a bit wider, TUNDRA has intentionally built a diverse team in terms of skills, personalities, age, cultural background and gender so we can leverage improved decision making, problem solving, range of services and, ultimately, results - internally and for clients. It is a negative energy where everything that happens somehow has a negative aspect to it.
