Should sedintary health people be considered the baseline of health in a research study or are they actually not the model of health to which we should compare? I've been the "sedintary healthy" person lately, with just about 30 minutes walk a day and healthy eating, not meeting my exercise goals. If you're like me, it's been easy to find myself drowned in work and excuse away the sitting. I need to hear things like this podcast to be reminded that eating right is not enough, when I'm sitting for most of the day, every day.
