In #my (As in Allana Guidry Soley) professional opinion
Collaborating with individuals who embody these principles can lead to a more successful and mutually beneficial business experience. It is not about superficial factors such as #race, #ethnicity, or #social status for me; rather, it is about the personal qualities and values that a potential business partner possesses.
I would choose to engage in business with someone who may have limited resources but possesses integrity, #respect for others, and a commitment to positive contributions over a wealthy individual who lacks moral character and ethical principles.
#ItsnotaboutRace#itsnotaboutwhatyouhave#itsnotaboutwhereyourfrom#Formeiturnaway because of my own #conscious I want to sleep peacefully and Hold my head proudly even when no one is looking ! #Itsyourcharacter your Inrentions in their totality that matters to me ! #Integrity#Character#Moralstandards#CoreValues Bottom line is #Goodpeople = #GoodBusiness
That day, Mr. Fela Durotoye called out an attendee to sing the Nigerian National Anthem. The young man’s rendition was ordinary; there was no applause. Then he instructed him to imagine he was in the final stage of a singing competition with a chance to win N50 million. When he sang again, his performance was exceptional, and we applauded.
This incident made me ponder: how do we consistently push ourselves to do our best whenever we’re tasked with something?
For instance, imagine you’re asked to prepare a five-minute presentation on time management at work. If you learn that senior colleagues will be in attendance, you might push yourself harder. And if you discover that very senior executives will be present, you might strive to excel even more.
How do we consistently perform at our peak whenever demands are placed on our abilities?
I believe that when ability is unquestioned, providing purpose can unleash its full potential and possibilities. I hope the next time you want to work on something, you can give yourself a reason to and let’s see how that drive you further than usual.

We know Columbus didn’t discover anything. He and his crew encountered the Taino people, but we often don’t hear much about them. Seriously, we always say he encountered people, but how many of us can name them, outside of their tribe’s name? 🧐
With that said, here are three Taino people who resisted Columbus and his crew that you and your children should know about. 👇🏾
1. Anacaona.
2. Caonabo.
3. Hatuey…. (Wait until you hear his story of resistance! ✊🏾)
🚨Did you know about them? 🤔 Follow for more and DM for booking, or business inquiries.

The Princess of Wales shared a heartfelt video today about completing her chemotherapy treatment, taking control of her own narrative and inviting the world into her deeply personal journey. Her warmth and authenticity shine through, making this not just a royal update, but a moment of human connection.
The response has been overwhelming, with millions of views pouring in. Here’s what I admire about this approach:
Highly personal: The title, "A message from Catherine..." feels intimate, like a friend confiding in you, making the message incredibly relatable.
Genuine emotion: Catherine’s vulnerability fosters an immediate connection, transforming what could have been a formal announcement into a profoundly human moment.
Beautiful filmmaking: The production is visually stunning. At just 3 minutes, it’s the perfect length for YouTube, keeping viewers engaged without losing impact. We see genuine family moments of love and affection. Her children playing, joyful laughter, lots of smiles.
Clear message: Focusing on her health and resilience, Catherine delivers a simple yet powerful message: strength in vulnerability.
She's in control: One perfectly timed and executed video has sparked a global response, showcasing the power of owning your story.
