Recently(more like yesterday) , my boss asked me about responsibilities at work. As I reflected on my tasks, I realized that my role encompasses three distinct areas: data analysis to predict future trends, overseeing logistics operations nationwide, and managing and keep track inventory levels among our delivery partners across the country. It got me thinking - what exactly is my role? After some research and introspection, I realized that my responsibilities align with those of an Operations Manager/Analyst. As an Operations Manager/Analyst, I'm responsible for: - Analyzing data to inform business decisions and predict future trends - Overseeing logistics operations to ensure efficient delivery and transportation - Managing inventory levels to meet customer demand It's amazing how sometimes we need a moment of reflection to clarify our own roles and responsibilities. I'm grateful for the opportunity to work in a role that combines my passions for data analysis, logistics, and operations. As I was thinking about my role, I realized that it's not just about the tasks I complete, but also about how I contribute to the bigger picture.
