Second and third time founders, EPs of Wild Rift and League of Legends, both had some great nuggets to share: - Player/customer-centricity and getting feedback all the time from your biggest fans to inform product choices. - Choice of language / words to reinforce that culture (not "users" but "players"). - Think big when you're small (put in more structure / process) and think small when you're big (be faster / more innovative). - Trust your gut and take the leap of faith. A lot of people will doubt your decisions and the best choices are not always consensus. - Get the best people. A bad team will kill a great idea, a great team will immediately nix a bad idea and find a better one. Thanks for coming by as always guys 🙏
