Scaling 6 & 7-figure baby, fashion, & home decor brands | Over $500m attributed revenue generated | SEO, paid search, paid social, & email marketing

Many brands that I've been talking with lately are struggling to find new customers at scale on Meta and Google. It's getting really bad. I believe this is due to black box systems like PMAX and Meta's Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns. They are just not designed for scale. Don't get me wrong, they work incredibly well for brands who are looking to grow by 30-40% each year, but if you want to scale really fast, they suck. So what's the solution? We're seeing a few things absolutely crush right now. 👉 First, SEO. What's old is new. I'm seeing a lot of brands grow really fast through SEO efforts. I'm talking old-school keyword optimizations, content expansion, educational blog content, and link building. Most of the brands we work with have never seen so many keywords rank on page 1, so much organic traffic, and so much revenue growth from this channel. It's nuts. 👉 Second, Tiktok Shops. This is the wild, wild west. Brands are taking advantage of working with collaborators/affiliates on platform to leverage their audiences and go viral with very little financial risk (it's all commission-based) to the company. We took one brand from 0-$80k a month in less than 60 days of working with them. 👉 Third, data layers like Revenue Roll This is a game-changer. A lot of brands are struggling with unidentified/anonymous users coming to their websites that they can't properly retarget an convert. Revenue roll helps identify these potential customers and helps you put ads and emails in front of them... and they convert really freaking well. We're talking hundreds of thousands of dollars in incremental revenue. So, if you're struggling with PMAX and ASC, it's time to think outside the box and find new ways to acquire net new customers. There's so much opportunity out there, you just have to find it.

TikTok Shop is huge right now. Even products that are low-quality are selling like crazy. That's because TikTok uses broad targeting. To be successful in the age of broad targeting: 1. Deeply understand the subculture of your target 2. Reverse-engineer the content they consume and share 3. Go produce that content, fast It’s not more complicated than that.

Another factor im seeing is bc costs have risen so much y/y with CPMs— this is due to many factors but a big one I’ve heard is Temu and the billions they are spending on anything and everything. The black box systems like Pmax just enhance this effect bc you are not able to control hardly anything these days.

Yes! Black box systems can be frustrating for scaling customer acquisition. I'm glad you offer some alternative solutions
