👏 In my experience, some of the best outcomes in employee wellbeing come from free actions. For instance, giving people your time, actively listening, and showing empathy and compassion don’t cost a thing. Companies need to stop over complicating things and using budget constraints as an excuse because sometimes the best results come from actions with the cheapest price tags!
