Fill The Fatigue day, I have wrote note that useful for everyone about Interface Level Measurement. Interface Level Measurement is a measurement method that used for measuring of 2 or more liquid inside The Vessel. Inside the vessel, liquid make a layer based on Specific Gravity each of Liquid. Liquid that is on the top, must be overflow to other side of Vessel thru the partition because level of the vessel must be keep at 100%. The method generally used in oil & gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical. At the below, I attached picture how to calculate of Transmitter range. Question : How to calculate of span value in the picture.? Comment, if you have got the answer. #gin_inst #instrumentation #leveltransmitter #measurement

Sales Engineer at Hydratight (An Enerpac Tool Group Company) | An In Line Inspection Tech Enthusiast | A Bibliophile
Interestingly, as ILI inspection technologies have been in constant advance research and development phases to counter various challenges and to ensure stringent safety measures, few of the most important key inspection areas in Petrochemical refineries such as- 1.0 Tube & Shell Heat Exchangers 2.0 Air-cooled heat exchangers 3.0 Boiler Tubes have not been into such rigorous research and development phases on contrary to the traditional oil & gas pipeline inspections. Due to the confined spaces, internal piping restrictions across bends, or the cost associated with developing, etc. these area have been in constant need of a technological break through. Recently, a new promising technology named by Internal Rotating Inspection System (IRIS) which is developed by The Olympus (Japan) has drawn a lot of attention. From navigating internal diameters as low as 0.5 inches to inspect both ferrous and non-ferrous piping materials. Based on its functioning on the principle of UT technology, many Companies across the globe has adopted this technology to further integrate advance methods to make it more versatile and cost effective. Would try to research more about & hoping to share more details about IRIS in near future. Also, hoping to witness much more technological breakthroughs in coming decade in Petrochemical inspection segment to eliminate more safety risks. Would be happy to hear in care you are aware of any other technology being developed or have been used to solve the integrity aspects of Petrochemical sector. Please feel free to share. #ILI #newtech #inspection #petrochemicals #oilandgas #inspectioncommunity

#NonDestructiveTesting (NDT) Market size is projected to reach USD 2741.8 million by 2028, from USD 1915.2 million in 2021, at a CAGR of 5.2% during 2022-2028. Full Report: https://shorturl.at/szABU Pipelines must be properly maintained and upheld, and the oil and gas business is responsible for doing so. This sector is subject to a number of industry-specific rules, laws, and regulations. NDT is essential for the integrity of equipment and the security of petroleum extraction and refining processes in the oil and gas industry. Using ultrasonic and eddy current NDT testing technologies, welds and metals must be carefully inspected for faults and corrosion in order to keep potentially dangerous chemicals and fluids properly confined within pipes and pressure vessels. NDT is used in many different areas of the oil and gas sector. Successful ultrasonic and eddy current oil and gas upstream solutions are required to operate a petroleum extraction operation that is safe, effective, and profitable, whether it is on land or offshore. This factor is expected to drive the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) market growth. Greetings LinkedIn community! This post officially marks the debut of Immanuel Engineering in this space and we are excited to connect with you. Our company started in January of 2009 so that makes us 15 years old this year. You might not have heard of us but if you are in the oil and gas, petrochemicals, marine, or the floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) industries then you might have heard of us. We supply machineries that help keep these industries safe. Think bursting/rupture disc for instance. It is used to release gases or liquids (i.e. relieve pressure) when pressure in a vessel reaches a pre-determined setpoint. Over pressurisation can potentially induce a safety incident such as explosions and a pressure safety valve is a critical tool to maintain safety. Safety is our #1 value and on this page, we hope to share regular nuggets of wisdom on safety and we promise to keep it interesting. Please follow us and if you are the oil and gas, marine, manufacturing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, chemical or power plant business - we would love to connect! #WorkplaceSafety #oilandgas #petrochemical #marine #FPSO #manufacturing #powerplant
