A strong project, just like a strong business, is one that runs efficiently, is cost effective (i.e. saving) and increases revenue.      Yes indeed, having a project manager leading a project does save money and increase revenue because one of the main responsibilities of a project manager is to deliver a project on time and on budget.     While you’re thinking about projects for FY 24/25, also think about the benefits of hiring a project manager, and don’t forget to include this as a budget line item.      Remember, time is money.
