i3 Awarded the CJIS CRM Call Order Under the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Information Technology Supplies and Support Services – 2nd Generation (ITSSS-2) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) The FBI has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to i3, LLC, and its teammates Planet Technologies and Buchanan & Edwards, to support the FBI Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division. The Technical Operations team supports internal and external teams through a deep understanding of the integration logic -- this is necessary to troubleshoot and provide solutions for both the practices and the company.
