I have all the experience required for a Team Manager! I received a call from a applicant who possessed 2 years of experience. He applied for a TM role which needed an experience of 10+ years! I told him, that he is not qualified for this role as it requires more experienced candidate! But i have all the skills, he replied! Sometimes we feel we need a job! But applying to wrong jobs and claiming you deserve that, will not land you that job. Why do companies release JD? Why do companies specify a particular exp needed for the role?
